Lustify is an affiliate directory that links to and may embed third‑party streams and previews. Lustify does not host the underlying video streams. We respond to valid DMCA notices by removing links/listings from Lustify.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Your email must include the following:

Your full name and contact email

Identification of the copyrighted work (URL or description)

The specific Lustify page URL(s) where the link/preview appears

A statement: “I have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

Your electronic signature (a typed full name is acceptable)

Counter‑Notification

A counter‑notification is a request to restore a removed listing when the party affected believes the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. If we receive a valid counter‑notification, we may restore a listing unless the complainant files legal action.

At a high level, a counter‑notice should include:

Your name and contact information

Identification of the removed material and where it appeared on Lustify

A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification

Consent to jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process

Your signature

Repeat Infringers

We may remove listings for repeat infringers at our discretion.

Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may result in liability under applicable law.
